We endeavour to act at all times with fairness, courtesy and in good faith to our housesitting clients and our housesitting associates.

This is why we aspire to uphold and incorporate the following values and principles into our housesitting activities.

Accountability and Responsibility: We take full responsibility for our actions.

Integrity: Our word is our bond – when we say we are going to do something – we do it. Because we take our commitments seriously we do not commit casually.  

Honesty & Truthfulness:  We believe that straightforward communication is the key to effective communication. Therefore we strive to communicate in a manner that is clear and easy to understand, no beating around the bush – no hidden agendas.

A Bias for Action: We respond to people promptly and follow through on our promises in a timely manner. We think strategically, but act quickly when a situation requires action on our part. More importantly, we strive to anticipate and solve problems before they happen.

Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of our clients.

Being of Service: We approach house sitting from the perspective of providing a genuine, valuable service to our clients.

Professionalism: We approach house sitting in a professional manner. Meaning we value reliability, competence, being well organized, and acting in an ethical manner. Acting in a professional manner also means understanding the limitations of our abilities.

Competence: We endeavor to continually improve our skills (such as pet care and first aid, dog leadership, pool maintenance, adverse weather awareness and preparation) in order to enhance the service we provide our clients.
